There are more than forty formulations of Dimension Bond composite bearing grade materials. Listed below are a sampling of our material specifications and properties.
New composite bearing grade materials are being developed and tested continuously. Custom formulations are capable of optimizing the performance characteristics of the bearing material.

Dimension Bond A-Series is composed of standard nanocomposite coatings. Applications suitable for this series include but are not limited to Cam Rings, Throttle Shafts, and various Solenoid Plungers.
Coatings included in the A-Series
Dimension Bond B-Series is used to replace steel-backed bronze/ PTFE bearings, fiber/PTFE bearings, plus wear bands and thrust surface washers.
Coatings in the B-Series include:
Dimension Bond C-Series is a higher strength nanocomposite series used where the highest degree of wear resistance is optimal. Applications of this coating are used to replace PTFE inserts, wear bands and thrust washer.
Coatings in the C-series include:
Dimension Bond F-Series is an FDA compliant food contact safe series of coatings. Applications of the F-series include food contact machinery components such as bearings, slides, shuttles, etc.
Coatings included in the F-Series include:
Dimension Bond N-Series is specially formulated to reduce or even eliminate bearing noise transmission.
Dimension Bond T-Series is a temperature stable coating used for high temperature applications. The special formulations in this series can remain stable at 300-650 degree F, even on components made of plastic, zinc, etc.
